ITSI invited the Honors Informatics students at the University of Pretoria to analyse our online store in terms of user experience. Through user-testing, problem areas and challenges had to be identified.
The students had to submit an assignment in teams consisting of four members suggesting solutions that will ensure an excellent user-experience.

The top four assignments submitted were analysed and judged by the ITSI content team. Only one team was selected as the overall winner.

The team, consisting of Armand  Kamffer, Katlego Makgamatha, Kgomotso Mashao and Natasha Schoeman, was selected as the winning team. This team was chosen not only because they made invaluable suggestions, but also because of their analysis of the book-buying process that provided creative solutions on simplifying the users’ journey. The team went above and beyond the elements given as part of the assignment.

Each team member received a cash prize of R1,250.
